Kanban: Managing Flow and Team Maturity

Kanban isn’t just a task board — it’s a flow-based management paradigm focused on predictability, value delivery, and evolutionary change.
In this training, you’ll learn how to design your own Kanban system, measure performance, visualize workflow, and continuously improve without chaos or burnout.

Led by Olesia Ulianova, this workshop combines theory, analytics, and real-world exercises.

– Daily and bi-weekly Kanban meetings.
– Strategy, Risk, and Operations Reviews.
– How Kanban scales through rhythm and transparency.

🔹 6. Tools and Maturity Models

– S.T.A.T.I.K. framework and Kanban Maturity Model (KMM).
– Integrating Kanban with Scrum in hybrid environments.
