Having progressed from a technical specialist to the CEO of an IT company, she combines deep technological expertise with a systemic understanding of human and organizational development.
Throughout her career, she has worked with all levels of management — from line leaders to C-level executives — and developed her own methodology for soft skills’ growth in managers, which became the foundation of the Anti-Manager book series.
