As part of a corporate training program at INSART, we recently completed a Soft Skills Training Series delivered by IT Grow Center.
We conducted three learning modules for the company’s managers:
📌 Assertiveness
📌 Persuasion Techniques
📌 Negotiation Duel
During the Assertiveness module, participants identified their personal confidence blockers and practiced how to say “no” clearly and respectfully.
In the Persuasion Techniques module, we explored the difference between coercion and persuasion, mastered four methods of argumentation, nine laws of influence, and the SCARF model. The module concluded with a hands-on business case.
The final module, Negotiation Duel, helped participants integrate all previously learned persuasion tools in a structured way. Before the “duel,” participants learned to apply the argumentation algorithm, analyze their audience, and identify their opponents’ needs.
