We started with the workshop “Persuasion Techniques, or Why You’re Losing the Argument?”
We prepared a solid theoretical foundation for the team and discussed:
📌 the laws of persuasion
📌 how to communicate effectively during a disagreement
📌 the “magic words” that capture and focus your listener’s attention
📌 the SCARF model
Together, we explored key methods and techniques of building arguments, their features, and when to use each of them — and then practiced these skills in a team debate session.
As a result, participants developed and customized their own argumentation plan, which they’ll now use in real-life interactions.
Persuasiveness isn’t a secret knowledge reserved for a few — it’s a skill that can be learned, practiced, and mastered.
And our workshops are the first step toward doing exactly that.
