Alice Uli
Anti-manager.
Level 2. I And WE.
If the first level was about understanding yourself, this one is about learning to interact — to build trust, communicate clearly, and create safe environments where teams can grow.
The book focuses on communication psychology, team dynamics, and emotional maturity in management.

Authentic leadership begins with communication — the ability to listen deeply and speak with clarity.
Trust, not control, is the foundation of strong and resilient teams.
Mature managers build “WE,” not by avoiding conflict, but by creating honest, supportive, and safe environments for growth.
