This training will help you master the art of giving feedback without conflict, managing emotions within the team, and adapting your communication style to different personality types.

– Typical stress responses and miscommunication triggers
– How to adapt your style to each type and avoid unnecessary tension

– Key principles: clarity, timeliness, and constructive outcomes
– Models for effective critique: Sandwich, Bucket & Glass, STAR, OMRA, BOFF
– Frameworks for developmental dialogue: Success–Learn–Change, Problem–Cause–Support
– How to use “I-messages” to speak honestly and respectfully
