WHO IS OUR FOUNDER?
Hi, my name is Olesia Ulianova. I am the founder of the training center “IT GROW CENTER”, which helps IT-people to develop soft skills. This is, first of all, the ability to build relationships with people.
According to EY People Advisory Services 2019, organizations with leaders ready for transformation are 50% ahead of others. And the main feature of a successful manager is flexibility. We won’t make you change, but we will be able to show how knowledge destroys the “glass ceilings” of incompetence. And you will want to become better!
