This document constitutes a Public Offer Agreement between
Olesia Ulianova, Sole Proprietor (IT Grow Center) — referred to as the Provider, and any person who accepts the terms by registering or paying for participation — the Participant.
1. Subject
The Provider delivers online or offline educational services (webinars, workshops, training sessions). Participation confirms acceptance of all terms.
2. Payment
Payment is made via online payment systems or bank transfer after registration.
Payment is considered completed once funds are received by the Provider.
3. Refund Policy
- 100% refund if cancellation occurs 5 days or more before the event.
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the event till 24 hours.
- No refund if the participant fails to attend without notice or less than 24 hours.
- Full refund or rescheduling in case the event is cancelled by the Provider.

4. Liability
The Provider is not responsible for:
- technical issues on the client’s side or third-party services;
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- specific results or performance improvements after training.
All materials are intellectual property of IT Grow Center and may not be reproduced or distributed without consent.
5. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
In case of international disputes, jurisdiction lies with the Commercial Court of Kharkiv, Ukraine, unless otherwise agreed.
Clicking the “Pay” button or registering for the event constitutes your full acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer Agreement.
