Scrum: From Framework to Self-Organized Team

Scrum isn’t a checklist or a series of mini-waterfalls — it’s a framework for self-organization, transparency, and continuous improvement.
This hands-on training helps you understand Scrum roles, artifacts, ceremonies, and real implementation challenges.

Led by Olesia Ulianova, you’ll walk through the entire Scrum cycle — from backlog refinement to sprint retrospectives — with real IT case studies and interactive exercises.

– Scrum values and principles.
– Key roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team.
– Core artifacts and events.
– The difference between “doing Agile” and “being Agile.”

– How to maintain a clear, valuable backlog.
– Refinement checklists and anti-patterns.
– Tools for visualizing dependencies and progress.

– Effective DoD criteria and evaluation.
– Retrospective techniques for real improvement.
– How to celebrate small wins and build trust.

– Phases: ceremonial → emerging → true self-organization.
– Overcoming resistance and building ownership.
– How Scrum transforms company culture.
